Ingredients needed: one dozen eggs, oil and butter. Saucepan and frying pan needed.

Learn the basics of how to prepare pasta dough, cut dough, and cook fresh pasta.
Ingredients: Semolina flour or all-purpose flour, olive oil, kosher salt, water and egg.
A pasta machine to roll dough is recommended, or a rolling pin with table/board space,  if machine not available.
