Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Coltrane is a loyal Steelers fan. He's lived in Pennsylvania, Colorado, and currently calls northern New Mexico home. Currently a high school student, he loves dogs, building things with his hands, working outdoors, and especially, cooking.

Experiencing neurodiversity, Colt found the fast pace of culinary arts a great match to help him gain greater focus and an ability to concentrate on fine details. An avid fan of trying new foods and flavors, Colt is enthusiastic about teaching other kids and adults about cuisine, and hopes you will join him on his journey!
